We have accecpted an offer on our house. So now we have sold. Off to look at a section to buy tomorrow and talk with the builder about building on it. Then we move out of here on the 23rd yes thats right you read right. So im going to be on a mad misison to pack and to find us a rental. Agggh. looked at a couple on the weekend, man you dont get much for your money these days. $230 a week will get you a 3bdrm basement flat or a 2 bedroom house (tiny). Will have another look tomorrow and see if i can find anything else. Leaning more towards the 2brm as its way nicer than the flat but be hard trying to fit a 4bdrm house furniture into there.

Anyway just needed to share our exciting news. YAY

YAY exciting!! (and stressful!!)
Just with the furniture comment... if you are building is it worth putting some things in short term storage!?
I am glad we don't have to rent... $0 a week thanks the the farming lifestyle!!
All the best for the big move and hope you get the section and your dream house to build!!

Congratulations on selling your house, and wishing you good luck in your flat finding. Something I am also dreading when the end of year comes around. We have it pretty sweet at the moment, a two bedroom flat with power, food and phone all for $180.00 a week.

Congratulations on selling your house, and good luck on the section/builder stuff and finding a rental!
