Thanks to help from Jax I have compiled this list so those of us who aren't 100% sure what abbreviations mean (ie: TTC) can look it up and be in the know
AF = Aunt Flo (menstruation)
BBT = Basal Body Temperature
BCP = Birth Control Pills
BD = Baby Dance (sex)
BFN = Big Fat Negative
BFP = Big Fat Positive
CDxx = Cycle Day
CM = Cervical Mucus
DPO = Days Post-Ovulation
DD = Dear Daughter, Darling Daughter
DH = Dear Husband, Darling Husband (DP = Dear Partner, Darling Partner - DS = Dear Son, Darling Son - DW = Dear Wife, Darling Wife - SO = Significant Other)
EDD = Estimated Due Date
EPT = Early Pregnancy Test
EWCM = Eggwhite Cervical Mucus (also CM)
FF = Fertility Friend
FM = Fertility Monitor
FRER: First Response Early Result
hCG, HCG = Human Chorionic Gonadotropin
HPT = Home Pregnancy Test
HSC = Hysteroscopy
HSG = Hysterosalpingogram
IUI = Intra-uterine Insemination
IVF = In Vitro Fertilization
LH = Luteinizing Hormone
LMP = Last Menstrual Period (start date)
LP = Luteal Phase
LPD = Luteal Phase Defect
LSP = Low Sperm Count
MC, m/c, misc. = Miscarriage
O, OV = Ovulation
OB = Obstetrician
OB/GYN = Obstetrician/Gynecologist
OPK = Ovulation Predictor Kit
PCOS = Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
PG = Pregnant
POAS = Pee on a Stick
PMT = Pre Menstral Tension
RE = Reproductive Endocrinologist
RPL = Recurrent Pregnancy Loss
SA = Semen Analysis
STD = Sexually Transmitted Disease
TMI = Too much information
TTC = Trying to Conceive
TTW / 2ww = Two week wait
US, u/s = Ultrasound
UTI = Urinary Tract Infection
I think that about covers it - Any more just add them

Also one i see alot is BFaintP which is big faint positive.
SH for stupid husband coz i mean come on we all have those days with them
EVAP for evaporation line
BFFP for Big fat false positive

Thanks Jax!! And yes Arna was being a bit... troublesome... after she was "talking" to you I went to stir tea, Arna decided to stand up on the chair and went "CRASH"... lots of tears and me swearing at myself later...
I have to admit I had 8 codes on my list then asked Jax and she found a good site with the rest on them!!
