Where can I find information as to what is the "normal" range for progesterone? Trying to find out specifically what baseline levels are considered normal
Here you go Mumma2be: http://www.labtests.co.nz/images/Referrers/Tests/biochemistry%20reference%20ranges%20-%20thyroid%20function%20and%20reproductive%20hormones%20120503.pdf
<6 indicates ovulation is unlikely, as progesterone does not increase until after ovulation I would imagine you would see a low number for the entire follicular phase.
This might help you http://fertilityassociates.co.nz/Information-for-GPs/FSH,-Estradiol---Progesterone.aspx If you did ovulate my understanding is that your prog levels wouldnt be high enough to sustain a pregnancy. However im no expert :-)
