yes i do have a feeling it was a scheme to get out of paying child support, this shared care we initially agreed to start once term 2 of school started and i'm still waiting to see if it's going ahead
so i found out how it works...
-shared care child #1 he will pay his normal C.S to the government (i dont recieve it as i'm on a benefit)
-i will pay the minimum child support to him (if he applies)
-he can also apply for half the WFF i recieve for child #1
you know what i feel really doesnt make sense, is the fact that my second childs father pays half the minimum each month. so effectively i will be paying twice as much for a shared care than the drop kick father of child #2 pays for having zero contact. sorry if i'm not making sense here! oh and not having a moan about paying child support either, just pondering how they figured that one out
