Hi there,
I have recently moved to Laingholm and would love to meet other mums in the area! . I have a 22 month old boy and am pregnant with my second child in early August. Walks, coffee, play dates ect as it gets very lonely being a stay at home mum.

If anyone is aware of playgroups nearby that would also be really helpful

Hi there, we just moved to Huia Rd before Christmas, I have an almost two and a half year old girl, and a 13 month old girl. I have had a quick search for playgroups in the area but so far nothing..any luck?

Hi there, we also moved here just before Christmas. I have had no luck with any playgroups- the closest is Titirangi?. I visited the Laingholm playcentre today and it looks really good.

Yes there is one at Titirangi hall. How exactly does play centre work?? Is it run by the parents?

Yes it is run my parents, so you need to be able to commit to two days per week and help out with the running of the centre as well as education.

Well, happy to meet up for our own playgroups if your keen. I am a stay at home mum so I try to get my little boy(22 months) out and about as much as possible so he still has good interaction with other children. But I'm finding it difficult out here as I don't know any other mums nearby.

Hi!, I don't know much about Laingholm kindy as my boy is not yet old enough to attend. I have been taking him to the playcentre and he loves that. Still don't really know any mums around here though so keen to meet up.

I have been taking my two to titirangi playgroup, but that is only two hours one day per week. It will be another year till my oldest can go to titirangi kindy, so not really sure what to do. Anyway, my email is melissa.jane.carr@gmail.com we could exchange details?

Hi ladies, I just happened across your post. I am also in Laingholm, I have a nearly 5 yr old son and a 22month old daughter. We've been in Laingholm about a year now but haven't met too many other mums as I work the days play group happens to fall. :( Perhaps we could meet up as a small group? Just to let you know my son was at Laingholm kindy and the earliest they start them there is also 3 years old, I'm pretty sure Woodlands Park is the same too. My email is yvy_saunders@hotmail.com
