Hi cookie, I'm Becca  and I'm in Upper Hutt too.
I don't think there's other Oh Baby mums in Upper Hutt, but there are a few in Lower Hutt. The Hutt/Wellington mums get together about once a week for coffee at different cafes around the area.

Gorgeous children you have there.
We do have a welly thread for when we meet up for coffee and have started to get together fornightly. Come and watch out for the thread. We have been talking about a meet up in Whitemans Valley a cafe called The last straw so that would be fun for the kids!
