Hello, good timing! A bunch of us Auckland Mummies are meeting at Botany Downs Whitcoulls 2nd Floor Cafe @ 10am, Saturday 19th (this weekend)...you're more than welcome to come along. Should be a good turn out.

Otherwise there will be a franklin/South/East Auckland meet up soon, a couple of us are thinking of getting together and organizing one at Botanic Gardens or something along those lines!

Hi Mum2Lucas
Thanks for the invite - I am keen but will see what the weather is like .. have been just wanting to hibernate with the recent rain.

Perhaps see you all on Saturday. Take care.

Hi Rorylex
How old are your boys?
Are you thinking of going to the Botany gathering?
I would love to meet up at a park in Puke on another weekend if you feel up to it.

Hi all
Sorry couldn't make the Saturday Botany gathering - hope it was lots of fun!

Butterfly creek is great - Bre loves feeding the animals but a bit scared of the over zealous goats. I work during the day so can't make the next meeting there.

How about a meet up at the Franklin Zoo on Whangarata Road?

We're going away this coming Anzac weekend - but how about 3rd or 4th May (Sat or Sun)? They are open 10am to 5pm 7 days.

I haven't taken Bre there yet - but keep hearing about it. Anyone interested?

Sounds like a plan then Rorylex - lets make it Saturday 3 May. They open at 10am - do you want to meet around that time, or even 10.30am and maybe we can have lunch there before heading home afterwards? What do you think?

Hi there
I am still keen to go to the zoo tomorrow (Saturday 3 May) - however I have checked with them and they are doing 'encounters' at 2pm and lion feeding at 3.30pm. So I will be going later in the day.

Perhaps meeting outside the gates at 1.30pm?

Does anyone want to join me?
