now I just had to comment how the AN group made their own decision where to met up..an they chose ..of all places Scrummy mummies..now i have a discount card at least.. but i just found it funny that they all chose there ...i guess its because they all have tiny babies as its not flash for when they are older.. i hope the train going past doesnt wake my boy up or scare him or that will be annoying:)!
I personally dont find scrummy mummies that good. Sure they have HEAPS of high chairs but it is a bloody tight squeeze to get everyone in and no room for buggies!
thats what im saying:) but they think it is great(most of them have never been there) so today there will be 5 people with pushchairs and 11 week olds..so where are we all going to sit:) hehe.. but i didnt want to rain on their parade:) and its the coldest day EVER!:)
well if most of them haven't been there before, that will be why they want to go
the place sounds good, but then you go and it's really a logistic nightmare i've been thinking of writing to them to let them know what we don't like about the place...maybe?
sounds good.. today there was a first birthday party they were so loud but it was mostly the dad blowing the party pooper over and over and over...our babies were like WTF? and then a train came past..but we all had bubs in carseats and noone could get past..on the way out they were talking bout how you cant even open the door cause its hard to push.. so i said loudly thats why i don tgo there anymore and pointed out about the playground etc..as one of the girls said its supposed to be for people like us but its worse than lots of 'normal' places to go..
I went to friends cafe today and its great I might organise another meet up for us all there. Plenty for big kids, plenty for wee babies, lots of room and its set up so babies can play without the kids coming in there.
