Hi Everyone.
I have wee Jordan born on the 15 May. he still looks very much like a baby. very under weight for his age. He isn't walking yet just crawling and has just learnt to pull himself up on the furniture. He can only say ta and dad.
Jordan is 77 cms tall and 7.8kgs.
he is my 3 rd and last baby.

Welcome Kaylabumbis
Jordan sounds completely normal to me I think Plunket etc get a bit too hung up on 'normal' weights and so long as they are healthy and happy it doesn't really matter.
Sam is for the first time on the Plunket chart for height and we had many arguments about seeing specialists about it with them. She has always been healthy as but just little.
Besides, it is nice having little babies
Nothing new here - still sick - ugh!

yah a newbee, welcome kaylabumbis! Yep, Cailin was a midget until she got to 2 years old, always about on the 10%, now over the last year she has grown so much she is about 60%. Jordan is tiny though isn't he, bless him I bet he is so damn cute with it though, little babies/toddlers are great cos you get to enjoy the little stage that little bit longer
Jeremy is bog standard, but his speech is a bit slower than his friends, just like Cailin. When she was 2 she was still only saying a few words, now I can't shut her up. Sounds like Jordan is saying more then Jem
Hey, did you all see her in treasures mag page 159, she is digging with her cousin Kailani in the vege garden...my girls are so cute....if I say so myself

LOL Hi ladies...
I have had many many months of worrying about Jordy. He is under a dietician, paeds, oralmotor dr and a surgeon. Jordan wouldn't eat at all. I would put food in his mouth and he just vomitted it back. He didnt register on any graphs he was below it all. Right from the word go i told the drs i thought he had tongue tie. We have an appointment next week about this tongue tie. They have tested him for all sorts and i'm actually quite relieved it is only tongue tie and not something more sinister. He is also allergic to dairy and is on neocate and duocal which helps put on the weight. They told me at my last paeds app that he is behind with his eating and developments but meh just means i get to have a baby longer.
Boys who would have them lol My girls never gave me this worry. But right through it all Jordy has been a really happy charming wee man. Hehe his hair has just started to go curly he has all these golden blonde ringlets...I dont want to cut them.

Welcome Kaylabumbis. I hope that it isn't anything too major that is wrong with Jordan
I am back, although nothing really new here. Although we went to our homeopath yesterday and got some new stuff to try knock this sleeping thing on the head before I knock Caleb on the head.
Funeral went well on Friday and it was lovely although I think DH had a hard time trying to sort through how he was feeling as he hasn't really had to deal with loss before.
Sterryn sorry to hear you are still sick.
Hope you haven't lost power again with the latest storm. We lost power for a couple of hours this morning but at least it wasn't like the 22 hours on Sat/Sun.
I will have to try aqnd check out the Treasures mag so I can see the pics of Cailin. I am sure she looks a gorgy as always.
PS. I forgot to add Caleb learnt how to blow kisses on Monday night and it is so cute

Good grief Julie, 22 hours! I hope this latest storm hasn't hit you guys so badly!
Charlotte, she is gorgeous! I was so excited to get my Treasures mag and see your sweet girl in it
Jordan is so cute! Poor you having that stress from some idiot ticking the wrong box. I would have had heart failure from that one! He looks like a healthy, happy boy though
You can post photos on this thread by putting them onto something like photobucket first and then adding them on by clicking the box above your post with the tree on it. You add the URL code and it will appear. Most people tend to post in the photo galleries, but you will have to do a few more posts to get in there yet. Well 63 to be exact
And I second - TASH, TASH, where are you?????

That is a fantastic weight gain for Jordan, Kaylabumbis. Sounds like he is doing really well.
I have no idea how heavy or tall Caleb is at the moment as our 15 month plunket has been put of until the middle of September.
Awww Sterryn, *big hugs* hopefully she isn't being stroppy to much of the time. Don't you just love the tantrums too.
I can't believe Sam is finally going to be go into size 1 clothing.
We have just had a change in schedule with our little guy lately (his plan not ours, although I am not complaining) and has dropped from 2 one hour naps, to 1 two hour nap around lunch, which I have been finiding great lately. Make me think I may actually get to do some sewing or things for myself finally.
We are also going through a helping stage at the moment and we want to help with everything. I am actually really loving him at this stage (when he isnt stroppy) as he is so much fun and understands so much. Plus there is the fact that he is extremely cheeky which is really hard to resisit or be mad at when he knows he is being naughty and gives you this huge cheeky grin.
Now I am just hoping the weather is going to clear up soon and he can have more playtime outside, after we fix our gate that has lost all its pailings due to the storm.

Hi Azriel, welcome to te board. I'm Julie and my little monkey Caleb is nearly 16 months old, although I have no idea where all the time went.
Arrrggghhh I cant believe that I am up at this hour and that I am now having to watch Blues Clues instead of sleeping. The little monster has had me up since 3.30 I think it is teething again as bonjela has quitened him down and it feels like our third molar has finally broken through.

Hi Azriel and welcome Your wee Oscar sounds just lovely. I'm Sterryn and my little ratbag Samantha is 15 and a half months.
OMG, Julie! You poor thing! Isn't this whole teething thing just awful. Poor little Caleb! I really hope those teeth hurry up and come through for you both.
Sam got her molars without any issues but has been having hell with the bottom tooth that should have been here months ago and is finally appearing.
Isn't this such a cool age though! Sam is so independent and talk about stroppy! We have lots of little meltdowns most days but she is usually fairly easy to distract thank goodness. Her new favourite thing is trying to play with power sockets! I swear this child is going to give me heart failure! They are all kiddy proofed but it still makes me nervous!
I have to say that the slide we got her for her birthday could have been the best buy ever! She spends hours every day playing on it! Funny because it is supposed to be from ages 2+ but she has been using it by herself for months now with only a few falls. I will try and post a photo if I get the chance today.
Ug, and as for today - she is booked in for her 15 mth immunisation at 1.45pm. I am terrified! I had really bad nightmares about it last night too! I am thinking about postponing it again. It is just freaking me out so much because of her egg allergy and it being egg based. The doctor has promised to have everything set up just in case but I am seriously worried!

Yay on her loving the slide. I would love to see photos. I put new photos of Caleb in the gallery yesterday.
Caleb is trying to give me heart failure too, not only with the power socket play but also his need to be a daredevil. He is constantly trying to stand unaided on the swiss ball and then add bouncing too it. Along with the fact he has started moving chairs around, although hasn't fully grasped the move it so you can get out of reach things yet. Thankfully.
Aww Sterryn, I hope that if you do get the imms then Sam is ok and has not reaction. That would seriously worry me too. We are delaying the 15 mth ones and I am not altogether sure I want to get them done at all. I think if you are really worried maybe you should follow your instincts and hold off for a bit longer.

Oh Julie, he is so lovely! I love the new photos
Well after all that worry she is just fine after the immunisation. No reaction at all which is good. Turns out the MMR is no longer egg based which is what I was worrying about.
She didn't like the two injections in her little arm ( i can hardly blame her!!) but it was over pretty quick and now you would never know she had been traumatised today
I have been told to expect a slight fever tonight as it is a live vaccine and that she might come out in spots like measles in about 10 days - WTF!
Anyway, I am just glad it is over. This is not one we wanted to risk as DH has had the mumps quite badly and we wouldn't want her to suffer like that.
So next one up isn't until she is 4 - YAY! Actually that is wrong because I am taking her back in a fortnight for the chicken pox vaccination - poor girl
How funny is Caleb! Sam is moving chairs too, but like Caleb hasn't figured out that should could climb them! As for the swiss ball - OMFG! Now I know why ours is out of Sam's reach. I have started putting her slide out of reach now too because i don't want her on there if I am not watching her. She is in too much of a hurry to do everything! I swear I have grey hairs thanks to her!

Glad to hear that imms went well this aftyernoon and that it is no longer egg based.
Apparently I spoke too soon on the chair thing as he started to move it and then stand on it this afternoon Things are going to get very interesting around here soon when he can move the chairs more easily (since they are slightly bigger than him it is still a bit of a struggle.)
Awww I had new baby cuddles yesterday. I dont remember ours being so tiny, but she was seriously cute and I want one, but need to wait a wee bit longer. More baby cuddles tomorrow, not quite as little but still good. YAY, now hopefully I get some sleep tonight. Might be a Pamol night as he has been a bit grizzly all day.
