dog attacks baby while mum sleeps

Well people like that shouldn't be allowed to sit a dog let alone have a child.

When will people learn, you never ever ever leave a child with a dog unsupervised. Especially not a frickin pit bull that you are dog sitting for a criminal

How could you not notice your baby being upset until you change it's nappy? Surely bubs would have been pale / crying / whimpering / floppy / in shock..... That's horrific.

I just feel so sad for that poor baby. She must have been in agony and screaming her little lungs out. Surprised that the neighbours didn't hear either. And if you were in the right frame of mind you wouldn't take 'medication' that would make you sleep like that if you had children.
