I am wanting to make some homemade animal biscuits, like the yummy ones you can buy. I have a recipe for some biscuits, but does anyone know how to make a similar icing like the ones that you buy in the shops. It's hard and tastes like lollies- truly delicious!

i think the hard bit comes from using egg white??
