This week we have been to the gym Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Wednesday we went for a a walk (1 hour long) and tonight i played indoor netball. DP thinks we are over doing it and should go to the gym every second night and a short walk on the other nights. We arent doing weights every night so i think its fine
So how often do you go to the gym and are you actually losing weight? I dont mean for that to sound rude but i need to lose 30kg
by june so i need results
