Hello
I have been using fuzzibunz nappies and they have started to smell (just the outers, not the inserts). I've tried giving them extra washes with long rinse cycles but the smell is still there. I have a front loader and I've heard that this is a common problem with this type of nappy in front loading machines. Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of the icky smell? Thanks heaps

I would get a Rockin Green sample pack and do a strip wash at 60deg for all your nappies- not just the outers. It also depends on what washing powder you are using, as some just dont get rid of the smell. Might pay to change for a while to see if that helps too. Good luck

^ what she said Some washing powders can get into the microfleece and kind of clog it up, causing a strong urine smell. A strip wash should help and change your washing powder/liquid.
