PCOS & literal phase ?

I was diagnosed with PCOS but figure I must have a slight case cause I always seem to ovulate but just later than the average day 14. The ovulation day is always different but do ovulate. I seem to have a varying luteal phase as well. Is this a symptom of PCOS as well or just maybe my body with a luteal phase problem as well.
