Welcome Oxy. We send our weights to Anthea (antheawren as she's now know ;) ) on a monday, and she very kindly collates them and puts up a list of the percentages everyones lost. After 4 weeks we get a total lost over 4 weeks - the hope is we'll focus for 4 weeks, and then start a new 4 week challenge :)
We also talk a lot about food...and other random things lol

Bit of a Yo-Yo isn't it. What ever happens, happens. BUT, I made a commitment and I am kind of loyal ( bit like a marriage really) to KHPP and I will stay there if that is at all possible. :) I don't like change.!!! BUT.........I will end up were the people I like to talk to are.  Or I will be
