Yes!  Cast off, x-ray done, met with the Doc.... the fracture is about 3/4 healed which is pretty good news, still may be another couple of months to completely heal but basically I'm just to use my foot as it's comfortable.

Nice to be "free" again though! And that's free from crutches as well

oo my heel is hurting after a day of walking yesterday.... gonna take the walking really easy today.
(Although I'm hanging out for being able to walk off my baby belly one of these days, around the block! Just when I was ready to go for walks I broke my foot and kept the tummy!)

he he, am still taking things easy-ish too theresa, maybe we can go for walks together once you are ok. might give me a bit of a push to actually get off my bum and go if i have someone else to go with.

Funny we had to go and have a coffee as our car failed warrant for rear tire so had to get two new tires ouchy at the price , but gotta do it was so not in the budget so we had to go to mccafe and have a coffee while we waited was nice as we don't get to do that very often and Braedon was at kindy so was a nice treat for miss m.
