I've had it for ages and hardly ever use it, but I had a heap of feijoas that were going squishy so I made some feijoa jam, and while I was at it decided to get all domestic-goddess like and made some chocolate fudge and some russian fudge. Loving the good ole Edmonds!

Make the Edmonds banana cake recipe using fejoas instead of bananas,...put into muffin trays and bake for 20 mins! So so yummy!

I bake all the time and 95% of the recipes come from the good old Edmonds cookbook, you can't beat it!
