I prefer to make mine from scratch. Recipe is a as follows

40g of plain flout
1TSP paprika
55g butter
1 onion fine chopped
1 garlic clove finally chopped
225g button mushrooms
1TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TBSP Dry Red Wine
2 TBSP Tomato Puree
350 ml sour cream
salt and pepper
chives to garnish

1. Place glour, paprika into a bag. In batches shake the beef strips to coat them will the seasoning

2. Melt the butter over a low heat and add onion and garlic and cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes until softened.Increase heat to high add the steak strips and cook stirring constantly until browned all over. Stir in the mushrooms, lemon juice and wine, resuce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Stir in tomato pureee and soured cream. Add salt and petter if neceassary and serve imediately.

This ones done in the microwave - 20 minutes!

Beef
Maggi mix
Onion
Mushrooms

Mix all the above together cook for 10 minutes on high (no liquid required), stir and recook on medium-high for 10 minutes, stir in sour cream and sit for a couple of minutes.

Its actually a Weight Watchers one - but my hubby loves it.
