I have to say the slow cooker as well. It's so easy to bang stuff into it.

I could think of nothing nicer than a veggie soup made in the slow cooker. mmmmmm

Chicken drumsticks in the slow cooker are a firm favourite in this house.


Also you could get your DH to prepare stuff the night before so you can bang it in the oven/slow cooker.
