Reminder that upper Hutt Mums Group is meeting tomorrow (May 31st) at the Hapai Club 879 Fergusson Drive, 10.30am

This session will be really good, We have Fiona - one of Valley's Wellbeing workers alond to talk about resilience and positive mental health.

This session will be practical and useful for all mums, we will learn some easy skills to healp us deal with the stress of being a mum
