Hi everybody

I thought I would do a quick post to see if anyone fancies meeting up at the Women's expo this weekend at the Trafalgar centre?
It has been heavily advertised on television and in the newspaper this week and further info' is here
http://www.eventfinder.co.nz/2007/jul/nelson/womens-lifestyle-expo.html

and here
http://www.peacock.co.nz/article/getExhibitorList.cgi?showID=355491

Ten dollar entry but I do have a few vouchers from the newspaper offering a two dollar discount if anybody wanted one. I think kids under 12 have free entry.

Sounds fun anyway and it looks like there are a lot of exhibitors there.

Hope you have all been excellent and that your little ones are happy and healthy

It is such a gorgeous day today, hopefully this sunshine sticks around for us

Hi Porcelina (guessing you are a Smashing Pumpkins fan too ;-)

It was a rip off so you didn't miss out on anything!

I just had a look at your website and was wondering if you would be able to make a bracelet for my friend as her Dad passed away two weeks ago and she is going through a pretty miserable time right now. I thought about getting her flowers but this would be better as it would be something she can keep. Maybe you could send me a PM if you have time to make something and I could pay you via trademe?
Your card readings look really interesting too, I like the sound of the group bookings.

Anyway, if you do have a chance to make a piece for my friend that would be brilliant

I also have a recommendation for a family friendly place to go in Nelson- Akbabas Turkish restaurant on Hardy street. I took my little girl there for lunch the other day and the staff there are the most lovely people I have ever met in a restaurant.

Sometimes when I take my wee monster out to lunch or dinner I get greeted with 'the look of horror' regarding bringing a child in to eat but these people had nothing but smiles, and they made such a fuss of her. There is also a courtyard that she had fun running around in and dancing. They also bought a box of toys out for her to play with.

The food is excellent and reasonably priced with big servings, we couldn't even finish all of it.

If anybody fancies meeting up there one day that would be cool
