I don't understand how people can abuse children. I mean ok, so some people 'snap' but honestly what do they ever do to upset you? They never do anything on 'purpose' iygwim... They generally cry of a reason...

Breaks my heart knowing people have kids but then don't care about how they treat them.

That is horrible. Especially the fact the poor baby only got medical treatment 4 days later :(
