sprouts education problem

hi i went to the chch parent and child show and signed up to sprouts education as it looked great. they have already taken the 1st payment and in a couple of days it will be time for the 2nd payment.
But i still haven't recevied my first pack. I have emailed them 2 times with no reply. Does anyone here get this and no a number for them? thanks
