Hey lovely mummies, my Plunket Nurse has just suggested I join the 'forum world' so here goes nothing! I have a 3 month old girl, my first baby. She has never really been a good sleeper since day 1 - but I am still not able to get her to sleep any longer than 20 mins during the day! This would be fine if she was happy, and wanted to hang out all day but no...she is overtired, grizzly, and grumpy. I have tried white noise, swaddling, shorter/longer waketimes, putting her to bed awake, holding her until shes fast asleep...but 20mins later those eyes pop open and there is no amount of ssssshing or patting that suffices! I have also tried CIO...but it does not work, and really doesn't sit well with me so I'm not a fan! Anyone else having trouble with this? Any suggestions?
