Very quiet in here! How are you all?
Well I had my 6km run this morning .... I hadn't got to the point of running it straight as originally planned but life kinda got in the way of my training (sick daughter, grandfather passing away, husband working long hours the last few weeks, and me busy at work and socially!) but I did manage to run the first 3km straight and then jog/walked the rest. I did it in 41mins, which I'm pretty happy with considering I was out til 1am last night with one of my best friends over from Oz, drinking moet!! Woops. Champagne plus late night was not a good idea. But I haven't seen her for 3yrs so just bad timing!! haha.
Oh well, its over now .... I will concentrate on the weight loss goal for the next few weeks ... fingers crossed for another kg or two to go before Xmas .... will be hard with all the Xmas parties on though!
