had my girls allergy test results, no allergies thank goodness, but a lot of sensitivities, some quite major too.
One of her big ones is a reaction to BHT (Butulated hydroxytoulne) which is a food additive..
BUT I don't know what this is in...googled it and said it's often in chips, crackers, cereals etc..
I have checked labels in my entire pantry and everytime i go shopping..and can't find it in anything...
does any one know if it may have a different name, or if their is some kind of list/website where you can actually find what brands or products it may be found it..
can't really eliminate it ,if i can't find it
thanks
