Topic: How much $ are you paying... Posted: 12 January 2011 at 12:43pm |
to lose weight?
I am trying to do a budget for what I want to do for weight loss.
Swimming is $6 approx a time, aqua aerobics is $8 a session.
WW meeting is $18.50 ($1 joining fee) & $150 start off combo $80 for extras I want.
Then it is down to how many weeks I do.
So if I do 2x aerobic & 3 swims & ww it is $52.50 a week.
A start up cost for all I want is $231

My gym is abour $16 per week. If I do WW, that's be $16 something (being a student), and I'd probably only get the essential kit ($45 + postage..unless I can get it at meeting). The aqua centre here in Hamilton has a gym and if you are a member you have free use of the pools...might change to there after my contract is up as it's a small fortune to go swimming these days.

Wow really? Only $10 a week for WW online? Been wondering what the total cost would be with the exchange rate and bank fees. If I rejoin, I may just do meetings for a little bit then change to online.

I paid the joining fee for WW ($1) plus $18.50 for the meeting and then $50 for the starter pack, which includes the wonderful easy calculator, tracking book, shopping guide and eating out book!

Stacey are the shakes you have enough to fill you up? I find I get hungry too soon after the ones I were having - which were the sport foods company and slimmm ones.

I''m going to a meeting today....cos I want the folder and start up books. Have joined the online free trial and love it, think I'll just make my own booklets up from the info on there, but we will see. I don't mind going to a few meetings first.
