I am a 340lbs, 6ft 6 20 year old. As you can tell I am HUGE. I've been in and out of the gym for the past few months and I've put on a quite a few pounds from the never ending cycle of cheat days, justified with promises of returning to the gym the next day which almost always come to nothing. My main issue is the commute to my gym, which is about 30 minutes on a bus on a good day. I have a park literally 2 minutes away from my house so I reckon I could see this program out. I wanted to know if this program is a viable substitute to a 4-5 cardio sessions a week regime. (Target weight is 250lbs by next summer)
Also any tips for dieting and running preparation would be greatly appreciated.
