Click on "quote" (upper right hand corner) on the last complete list - check down the page to make sure you have the most up to date version
- remove the [ QUOTE=username ] at the start of the list, and the [ /QUOTE ] at the end of the list
- add yourself in, putting your choice of (or equivalent):
