I have recently refreshed my passion for sewing and would like to know if anyone has any website recommendations of where to find free quick and easy sewing patterns for girls clothes!

I have found a few very cute little skirt patterns that I am going to whip up for DD, but wondered if anyone else had found some neat ones also please.

TIA

I've never made any clothes before and haven't touched a sewing machine since high school but my Mum has a fancy new sewing machine and I'm keen to try making some pillow case dresses. Here's a few pics I find online. They look really cute and easy to make :)

Here-s instructions - Instructions

HTH!!!

I was sure that one of these websites had patterns for recycling t-shirts into kids pants, tops etc but I can't find it. Anyone know where it is or am I imagining it?

I quite like this blog: indietutes
She is super crafty and has a few really good tutorials for clothing. She does even have one tutorial for converting a tshirt into a girls dress which is quite cool. I can personally recommend the tutorial for a Scoodie

I have recently discovered this blog: Sewing in No Mans Land and I love how simple she makes the instructions for her tutorials and she has some beautiful photos on there too.

ooooo you guys are making me pretty tempted to get out my sewing machine.  I'm going to have a wee look through all those links.

Lisa I love that little dress.  And it doesn't look too tricky either.  That might make a good Christmas present for my neice and a couple of friends I think.

DJ that skirt looks great.  Might just have to look at that pattern too.

Big Butt Baby Pants
This one is US$10 but totally worth the money. It's fab for over fluffy butts since most of the pants in stores don't fit very well.

The 90 minute shirt
This one is awesome and easy to figure out. I'm a total novice!!
