I just have to say what a bunch of crock!
An apple a day reduces asthma & allergies in babies if eaten by pregnant women! What ever, I ate an apple a day & my son is a bunch of allergies!!!

I guess there's always going to be exceptions though, it did say 'potentially' reduce the likelihood of asthma etc.
I did enjoy reading and hearing about all of the health benefits of apples - I love them but have been a bit slack eating them in the cold weather.

I ate them everyday too bar maybe the first 10 weeks when I didn't know I was utd

I don't normally eat apples but they were the only thing that soothed my morning sickness.
I guess I always have to be the exception
