How do you like them? I'm totally new to courgettes but our meals have got a bit boring so I've bought one and gonna give it a go!

In meat dishes, like lasagne
In pasta dishes or rice dishes - ie a creamy chicken and mushroom sauce with courgettes. or butter chicken with carrot, courgette and mushrooms.

They are so versatile, you can use them in most things!

or grated in bolanase(opps cant spell!), meatballs, buger patties, or on pizza!

My grandma used to do a nice kind of vegetable quiche with them in.

Or just steamed with carrots and a tiny wee bit of butter and salt, mmm.

We cut them so they are long and BBQ them. And the above as other people have said. Grating them and putting them in stuff like mince.
I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

they are great in stirfries, and yum with tomato and cheese. make a great base for vege lasagne
as long as they aren't over cooked, they can be a bit soggy. yummie vegetable can eat them raw with humus or dip too.

We have some blade steak out for dinner, I was going to casserole it with carrots and courgettes.... do I just chuck them in from the start or only towards the end so they don't get overdone?

Are you using a crock pot? I chuck the courgettes in with everything else at the beginning but if you want them less mushy you could add them later. I find Maya eats them better if they have been over cooked as the flavour is more bland.

I do a mean pizza with spinach and corgettes (sounds weird but totally good) with garlic, cheese and pepperoni.

You can throw in corgettes with your roast vegies too. Good!

Oh yeah, and I haven't done this for ages, but when Han was younger I used to grate up a carrot and a courgette and fry in a little bit of butter and garlic (like many others have suggested) and I could honestly sit there and eat it by the handful. Oh yeah... so would Hanny.

Another thing I do is dice up them and an onion and pepper and garlic and fry them up with oil and have them with crumbed snitznel(sp?) it is yummy.

I think as long as you heat it up (as you would with a pizza) you should be right... or just have a vege version. Maybe swap sundried tomatoes for pepperoni??

we do corrgeett with a tomtoe sauce ummmmmmmm yummy all you do is open a can of whole tomatoes in jucie put it in a pan mush the tomatoes and add cutt up corrgetts yummy

I love them pan-fried with mushrooms, seasoned with garlic and pepper... mmmmmmm. 

They make a great first food, too.  Steam em up skin & all, blend them, and voila, veges for baby!
