Am 40 and just had my Ovarian Reserve bloods done again and it looks they have dropped dramatically sadly. Most likely due to the severe endo I have, surgerys etc.

Wondering if anyone has some recommendations or tips which may increase our chances going into our next round of IVF.

Love to hear some success stories from anyone around 40 with LOR.

Sorry im not much help, Im 30 and for my age my ovarian reserves are a little on the low end. I also have short luteal phase which my specialist feels will be corrected with Clomid, he doesnt think the low reserves has been part of my problem. Have you been down the Clomid route yet? (assuming given your onto IVF you have) How low are your reserve levels? Just remember its not a sign of quality so fingers crossed for you :-)

Hi Mumma2be - thanks for your reply. No I haven't been down the Clomid route as yet - I suppose because with my endo it is more a matter of the damage it has done rather than an issue with my actual cycle. I may do Clomid if I choose to do a IUI cycle before we try IVF again. I am interested to know about IUI success stories as I haven't heard a lot. Maybe it's best just to stick with IVF?? Many thanks and all the best to you too :-)
