As promised. This is the recipe I used yesterday for the picnic at Western Springs.

150g Butter
1 cup baking cocoa
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
3/4 plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 Cup chocolate Chips or White chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 160c.

Melt butter and stir in backin cocoa, allow to cool slightly. Beat in eggs, stir in sugar and vanilla.

Sift flour and baking powder together. Add to mixture and stir until thoroughly mixed. Stir in chocolate chips. Turn mixture into baking tin.

Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until just firm when pressed in the centre. Leave to cool and cut as required.

That looks so much simpler than other brownie recipes I've seen and it was so yummy!!!
I might make it for my friends baby shower, that way I wont sit and eat it all.
