WCOB couples?

I am a new member here! Nice to meet you all!
My name is Elvy. I am 55 yo. I am married and live in the US.
I am in the middle of a surrogacy program at the moment. For now, we have had an initial consultation, contract signing session, we have chosen the donor, we have waited 1.5 months or our SM to be matched. And we have met her last week. We are really happy. She is about to start her stimulation. And in 2-3 weeks we will be going to get the updates on her ET.
Whew. That was a lot of information I guess.
Anyways. I am here to meet other women who are the clients of this agency. Or just went to Ukraine. I see that there a lot of us who have had our tx in Ukrainian clinics.
And there is nothing surprising there. I get why. We have chosen Ukraine as our surrogacy destination because of the prices in the US. Surrogacy here is way overpriced. Well, everything is tbh.
Nonetheless, we did think about doing it here. But then after spending days on forums, we have decided that flying abroad is not that bad. It is affordable and many other people have done it.
I have been through 5 m/c, so I cannot carry a child. The woman who is going to be our surrogate is an angel. We had a short but really meaningful meeting with her. And now are thinking about a present for her.
