Hey guys needed a bit of support so decided to try a forum. Post may be in the wrong place :p

I'm 25 currently and have a 7 year old girl (natural surprise teenage conception) and study full time as a Bio Med student. Since having her we've had 4 failed Ivf attempts. 1 was fresh cycle and 3 were frozen replacement. We got to 9 weeks preg with attempt number 3. Then the heartbeat stopped and we had to force a miscarriage.

I just had another replacement 2 days ago we tried acupuncture this time and MY GOSH i'm struggling with no caffeine, so badly. Reports are due and my daughters getting up early and damn i need it. But i'm trying to be strong. Anyone use any substitutes? sugar lollies lol any ideas.

I thought it was ok to have one coffee a day?
It's the only vice I have left after giving up smoking (6 years ago) and drinking since starting to trying to conceive ( 2 year and a half years ago)
We are trying IVF in November
I wish you the absolute best of luck for this tranfer

I asked my doctor when we first started trying and he said that is fine, maybe just check with FA to be sure
Thanks, not far away trying not too think about it too much, have a holiday coming up which we are so in need of
We had 4 rounds of unsucessful IUI Feb, Mar, Apr and May of this year and I didn't realise so much at the time but it really knocked me around for it to not be sucessful
I am a really tough person but this journey is a hard one

Hi Epic, not 100% on timing but we are having a review with FA next week sometime. They haven't given me an appt time yet because they were going to do a phone review with me when I was at work and I said 'no thanks'
I work in an open plan office and wouldn't be able to concentrate properly or ask questions because I don't want everyone to know what is going on with me
I am going to have a hysteroscopy first and I think I will be in the right timing for the end of this month, and then we go on holiday and based on previous months my cycle would land at the end of October/beginning of November
All very scary, my AML results weren't that great, they don't seem too concerned about that though. IT was 4.36 which puts me in the middle of the orange range and my body doesn't react very well to drugs anyway, so not sure how many viable eggs I will get
Would love to have a buddy over this scary ride, perhaps we should start an IVF in Nov thread?

Hey ladies :)

I am scheduled for IVF in November also. I have my initial IVF appointment in 2 weeks time to make a plan. Still awaiting my latest AMH results with dread, although the last ones 18 months ago were good.
Scared but excited!

I have one coffee a day and eat / drink healthily the rest of the time
