Well I've just dropped Charlotte off for her first day at school

I was ok there, as I had lots to discuss with the teacher but blubbed like a baby once we got home

She just seem far too little to be full time already!
Over here the school year starts in September and you start reception the year that you turn 5- so because shes 5 in March she has to start now, even though she is younger than most of the other kids. Plus, because its private school they have really long days as well- 8.30-3.30
I miss her sooo much

I can't believe this is how things are going to be from now on- well for the next 14 years anyway until she leaves to go to uni!
Please tell me this will get better!
