I think it must have something to do with the 'weight loss' title - internet searching wants to sell us all sorts of magic pills :)
I'm around the 70kgs atm, ate lots of chocolate last week as my dog died (she was old, but it's rather lonely at home)
How are you doing Jessaroo? When is your wee one likely to be starting tasting a few solids?

Thought I'd update this again - anyone want to join in? Still losing weight, if very slowly. But happy to have any loss - I'm in for the long haul so don't have to drop the weight overnight!
Went geocaching yesterday/today, and going to try to go on longer walks to get me out and about! Definitely feel better when I have done some physical exercise, though actually doing it never really appeals!

I'm here Mushroom Next time you update, can you please put me at 66.5kgs? Sooooo close to my pre pregnancy weight from last year. Sounds like you are doing great Mushroom. Slow and steady is the way I think. We just moved into our new house (we have been building over the past nine months) and it's so good to have our own pantry of food again. We were living with my in-laws and there was wwwwaaayyyy too much tempting food around. Now we are back to basics (plain biscuits as treats and not chocolate etc lol), so it's a lot easier to control my bad eating when there isn't anything naughty in the cupboard to tempt me Our new house is on a hill too, so have been walking the 40 minute round trip to the bottom and back up daily. I am feeling really good at the moment. Only three or so months until we start TTC our rainbow so really want to be in the best/healthiest shape I can be to give me and the baby a fighting chance

One thing is sure that it can happen due to unrealistic diet plan. Firstly We have to avoid fast food because it contains a lot of Chemicals in packing. And these are the main products promote obese. So, start drinking more water, that will help in reducing our weight.

The problem with potency is a terrible problem. If you've ever experienced this, you know what I'm talking about. How much embarrassment, shame can be experienced. How much you can hate yourself for it... However I use kamagra oral jelly australia and my problem has long been not so it was before.

In fact, losing weight is much easier than you think. The fact is, with the right approach, you can very easily and quickly lose excess weight and for this you do not need to make any unrealistic efforts. I also had problems with being overweight and in the end I decided to forget about running and use an exercise bike. I found so many different options and reviews on https://www.workoutmachines.co.uk/spin-bikes/best-home-spinning-bike/ helped me choose the best models for this. I was shocked but after a month of training I lost more than 7 extra pounds and at the same time I ate properly and did not deplete my body. So effectively losing weight with a spin bike is possible.

Sorry for chiming in to the thread so late, just wanted to add my 2 cents. Yoga can totally help you lose weight in a healthy way while trying to conceive if that's your goal. Yoga burns calories when done the right way, that's for sure! If you are serious about losing weight and getting fit, you might want to implement a 60-minute power yoga and/or vinyasa flow practice at least five to six days per week. This yoga weight loss program was easy to follow and worked flawlessly for me. Each class is easy to follow, but is varied and enjoyable. Dynamic Sequencing means you'll always be challenged regardless of your current level. If you want to follow my example, think about coupling your practice with a whole foods diet for optimal results. Good luck! Mandy
