Here is the recipe for a very quick chocolate cake - microwave but very moist (just don't look as you pour the oil in
)
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c milk
1 c oil
1 1/2 c flour
3 big tbsp cocoa
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
3 tbsp golden syrup
Chuck it all in a bowl and beat like crazy - I use a little electric hand beater, but you could easily beat by hand (you just may have to do the wet stuff first, then add the dry). Oil a microwave cake tin (one with a hole in the middle, or put a glass upside down in the middle) and line with gladwrap. Cook on high for 8 mins.
You may have to change the cooking time slightly depending on your microwave, but if undercooked it leaves the outside kind of fudgy and yummy!!
Ice with chocolate icing, or dust with icing sugar.
