I substituted white chocolate drops instead. Won't be quite the same, will have a different flavour, but definitely worked, seems to be setting ok Haven't tasted yet!

I made the russian fudge but didn't beat it long enough and it didn't set properly SO rolled it in ballsand dipped in chocolate.....it was YUM! (had to sample before giving it to the teachers)

I've recently made the creamy choc fudge and the white choc & baileys one. Both worked out perfectly! Going to try the Russian fudge one next. Thanks for the receipes!
