First time I was back up and doing everything normal (major fitness freak) within 5 weeks. 2nd time 6-7wks and third time round, well 10wks later and I'm still having problems so I guess they can all differ.

my first one i was up and about a couple of hours after the c/s and by the time DH went back to work 2wks later, i was back to normal
2nd time round there was complications in surgery and i didn't get out of bed until day 2. i still recovered pretty quickly though, was out shopping the day after i 'got out' and basically back to normal 2-3wks later.
it can vary on alot of things, but i'd think generally about the same length of time as the first. maybe a little longer because you've got more kids to look after and it's harder to get the rest you need
