Ive had 3 csections now and altho i dont have DH on board about another and of course it wouldnt be right away as our little man is only 3months old but i would love to have another in a couple of years time...........DH will be very hard to come around to this though, but i wondered if anyone else has had more than 3 and how did it go??

I had a pretty hard time with my blood pressure dropping during the section and felt like i was going to die......but for some strange reason i feel like i could go one more time.......of course i would check to ensure that my life isnt in danger by having another(altho i think i would like a GA)......but everyone i talk to says that 3 is the most you "should" have.

So whose had more than 3??

I got told by my MW and OB that 4 is fine if there are no complications.

I've had 2. I want 2 more kids but not sure if they will be via C-sect.

I'm still back on waiting for #3 lol (both my 2 are c-sections), but I'm pretty sure the 'reccomendation' is 3 or 4 max. Of course if you get preg again they arent exactly going to deny you having a c-section, but its up to you at the end of the day.

i've had 2, but was discussing this with my OB she siad i could have more depending on if there were no complications. She said she did a ladies 6th CS recently and it was fine no complications and minimum scar tissue. So it just depends on the person.
I used to be 3 max but not any more. So that's good for those who have to have CS and want a bigger family.

I've had two, one elective and one emergency.   All my subsequent births will be c-sections according to the surgeon and the specialists and midwife.

I have recovered well both times and my scar is fairly small. I am actually looking forward to having an elective next time as labouring first was bloody horrendous! I enjoyed my first one as it was very straight forward and I had minimal pain that was controlled aftewards.    Labouring was far worse for me!
