Is it best to take your meds at the beginning of the day or when ever i remember??

DEPEnds what meds you are taking as some antidepressants like nortrityline also help with sleep so are best to take 15 to 30 mins before bedtime while others are best in the morning.

I heart fluoxitine I was on that for 4yrs before I had Alize and I was taking in the morning. I cant wait to finish bfeeding so I can change onto that

I dont know if you drink coffee but I put mine beside the jug as the first thing I do in the morning is switch on the jug and I always see it sitting there so I never forgot hehehe. Fluox is just fantastic!!!

For me I take it forsit thing in the morning or as soon as I remember I put it in the cubbard with my coffee. Oh I use to set my cell phone to alarm at 8am every morning to remind me that seem to work really well. I am in to process of coming off mine cause i not want ot be on them pregnat, but would not hesitiate to go back on them if I need to they work so well for me too and have done for year's.

my doctor told me it can have different effects on different people so work out when is best for you.
I try to remember to take it in the morning but always forget.
good to hear everyone having good results on it though, ive just started so not really doing much for me yet
