That is quite a lot of calories, unless you are very tall, I'd assume that some of your details may be incorrect.
First thing to check is your height & weight. Are they both metric so kgs and metres & cms (rather than feet & inches) which catches alot of people out
Then have a look at what you are aiming to lose each week (between 1-2lb / 0.5-1kg is considered healthy).
Then have a look at your activity settings. I set mine to sedentary and then add in any activity I do.
One question though. It has the amount of calories i should be having. But i couldnt find an opition for BFing. Should i be increasing this since i am Bfing??
