Hi for all! a months ago we failed our 6th ivf attempt(( I'm so sad. Decided not to do ivf further, it seems to me for us it is just waste of time. I'm tired of all this. Want to have a rest a bit, to put all this stuff aside. But in future want to use donated eggs, I'm new to this, so want to ask maybe someone of you did it and have experience or know smth abt it, I'll be glad if you share.

Hi Liza
I'm so sorry you have been through so much. I understand your need to take a break. I had 4 unsuccessful IUI's and I didn't realise but after the 4th one I had had enough and needed time to regroup
I then lucky had a succesful round of IVF. I am sorry I have not had experience with donor eggs, but wanted to pop in and say that I hope you get your baby soon

Hi we are also i the process of looking for an egg donor. There are forums etc that are really good to seek advice from lots of ladies and couples who have been through it. Please PM if you would like more information and hope I can help :-)

I am not sure I am the right person to share the advice. as we went for surrogacy de. I am 55 yo. but this is not the only reason we went for de and for surrogacy overall. of course I cannot produce my own eggs. but I could not bear a baby either. and these two factors met and here we are. I wish I was smarter before and did not allow depression to take over me. this would've resulted in us going for surrogacy oe. but eventually, we have signed with WCOB agency. and our SM is pregnant. so as of now, e have decided to leave all of the regrets in the past.
