Part Time Helpdesk Role available, Hamilton

Hi Everyone

We are a small software company based in Hamilton New Zealand, currently looking for someone to fill a part time position in our Support department.

The focus of this role is to provide timely and effective remote advice, support and assistance to our customers using the software we develop. We are looking for a mature person who is confident, friendly and professional to converse with our customers on both the phone and remote support as well as have a strong level of computer skills and a good sense of problem solving abilities.
