Aww congratulations dtmum! I too was wondering when the August thread would start up! I was telling my DH last night that it was almost a year ago that Jett was conceived! So feeling quite sentimental at the moment too.

yeh loving the ginger ale and dry crackers, got sore tummy though, hope thats normal, being really careful with my food (as careful as I can) its gonna be so hard with the festive season coming up and my 30Th!!!! ill be on the waters!!!
Anyway going for another hcg tomorrow, and an early scan in 2 weeks! yay! |

Congrats to the august 08 mums to be! I am due April 08 with my first, and now that I am past 5 months, I can share what I now know. Don't panick the sore tummy is normal, you will find a bit of pain which is the uterus stretching, occassionally if your cough or sneeze, you can get cramps which is round ligament pain, oh and the first scan is so exciting just seeing that something is actually growing in there. Its just amazing, if you are anything like me you will be counting down the days till each scan or midwife appointment just to get to hear your babies heartbeat or see your baby moving. and once you pass 12 weeks time flies by! | hi all, well i have posted anothe story under "abdominal cramps" but ill tell you what happened. This afternoon I had such bad cramps I thought i was going to faint, i was in my car and had to flag down a car and ended up in hopsital, they did loads of tests and the pain went away completely. After 8 hours in hosital we got an hcg of 11,000 and all other tests great soooooo, any idea what happened to me? Im going for ano early scan in 3 days, they want to check for ectopic preg, but with the levels of hcg being so good, they think itll be fine, so what was that paralysing pain!!!! |

Been to see the midwife today. I am going with a local lady. She is really lovely.
Anyhoo, she wants to get me in for a scan before christmas to double check my dates just to be sure that I am not further along already. I am pretty sure I am only 5 wks, but it will be nice to see lil bumblebee anyways. She is also concerned about the tearing that I had when giving birth with Ethan (3rd degree).. Well ladies now the shock has worn off. well I have been feeling ill the past few days. I was thinking it had more to do with the lack of sleep for 2 day's before I got the BFP. Anyway it seem's not I have been feeling yuck today as well. Been eating fine tho. I am going to see my M/W on monday (having the same as I did with both boy's) can't wait be nice to catch up with her as well. well I am already thinking about my birth plan(I Know early) I really would love it if we had a birthing sweat here in NP, but we don't so I am prob going to have bub's in hospital(Second was homebirth) then go stay with my Mum for a few day's to get a break from the boy's and bond with baby. Hi everyone, I'm new here! I'm due August 5th. This is my 5th pregnancy , unfortunately had 4 miscarriages over last 2 yrs  I'm trying to get excited but also trying not to get hopes up at the same time. Although I have morning sickness which I havent had before! Congrats to all the other expectant August mums, I look forward to chatting over next 8 mths.

Hmmm.. i done my HPT today, as i hadnt done one, but knew i was. It was positive. Like i expected anythig else! Now im really scared.. They will be a year apart. Im due 16th August, the same day Kylah was due. She was born on the 15th. They did push my date back to the 23rd. But i knew my dates so i stayed with the 16th. Iv been so hungry lately. If i dont eat i feel sick. I havent had any MS yet, it was super nasty last time.

Also how much bleeding is considered normal? I had some spotting with kylah.. but this is different.

No i dont have an LMC yet. And its rd, bright red. Off to get bloods when the open. Ended up going to 24hr doc last night. Hope everyone is well. I havet had MS yet so happy about that. To be honest i think i might have to leave the forum, i know a few people who would like to see the back of me. Its funny considering all i wanted was to stop being called a bad mum because im not, but at least i know that I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and A Very Happy New Year. Good morning ladies. Ya zebra7 nice to see you here. Well did not psot yesterday was out all day had my first M/W appointment all well was nice to catch up with her. Well DH is sick and he work's in a supermarket so busiest time of year for them so he has to work sick he has a sinus infection. We hada busy day doing well not alot jsut being out all day.
Off to town later have to take mikey to have his 15 month jab's we are a little late cause he has been so sick I have been holding off. As far as I go I am trying to forget a little that I am pregnant hoping it will go faster that way I jsut want to get to 12 week's and fast.
