1 pkt wine biscuits
125gms butter 1/3 cup brown sugar (or 80gms) 1/2 tin condensed milk 1/2 cup coconut 1 cup chopped dried apricots crush wine biscuits melt butter, sugar and condensed milk in a pot, add to the wine biscuits with the dried apriots. and mix...if too moist, add 1/2 cup coconut. shaped into balls and roll in coconut and put in fridge. I put in 1/2 cup chopped apricots and 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate...was so yummy and they make heaps if you dont like apricot, then just leave out...can put anything in it really ------------- http://lilypie.com">
