Noah & Lola have been on Losec since just before xmas and it worked wonderfully, but in the last week they have gone back to being little beasts so off we went to the Dr this morn to up there dosage they now each get a 10mg Losec pill a day how long should this take to kick in? ------------- My beautiful big girl Sienna 15.04.06 Double the trouble double the fun Noah & Lola 10/11/07 |

My DD has been on Losec a week. It seemed to work within a couple of days on being on it but it's only now that I can see a huge difference in her, she is more settled and is eating more!
I reckon it will take a couple of days, but I'm no expert on this! |

It can take up to two weeks for the damage to the oesophagus (sp?) caused by the reflux to heal once Losec is started, so I guess it depends on how long Noah and Lola's reflux had been flared up for and how acidic it was, but hopefully only a few days! -------------  Maya Grace (28/02/03)
