Does walking with Miss M in the buggy count?? She is also getting to the age where she is enjoying going to the park and playing on the playgroud...our exercise comes in pushing her on the swings for what seems like hours and carting her to the top of the slide...again and again and again and again and again and again... ------------- http://lilypie.com">

We go for walks in the buggy - pushing both of them in the phil n teds double now is like a workout on it's own, there's over 25 kgs before you even add the buggy (must be getting too heavy soon surely).
Running around at the park dancing - sticking on the music as loud as possible and dancing round the room like nutters. Bush walks jumping on the trampoline again for far too long. Playing tag or "catch daddy/mummy" around the house playing with the gym ball - paris gets mine out all the time and does my exercises - far better than i do. ------------- Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja

Found this site again. We go for walks to the park or round the block. Have been swimming quite a bit lately also. Must say I do feel a bit guilty with Olivia as I don't do half as much with her, compared to what i did with older kids. DId YMCA gym with the older ones when they were 3. (bohooooo no time now), we are starting ballet next week, so that should be exciting. I remember seeing pics of Maya in her gear, she looked gorgeous. Ally |
